Our Classes

Two women perform pilates reformer exercises in a warm, minimalist studio with arched wall niches, exposed wood ceiling beams, and neatly organized reformer equipment.

Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates classes combine controlled movement with spring resistance to build strength, improve posture and develop confidence in how your body moves. Using the reformer machine allows you to challenge yourself in ways that aren't possible on the mat, while still keeping every movement low impact and kind to your joints.

We offer both Beginner and Intermediate classes. Beginner classes are perfect if you're new to reformer Pilates or would like to build a strong foundation before progressing. Intermediate classes move at a slightly quicker pace with more challenging exercises, while still prioritising good technique and control.

Expect expert guidance, small class sizes, and plenty of individual attention. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on building strength, stability and control using your own body weight, with the occasional use of small equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates balls or hand weights. Every movement is designed to improve posture, core strength and overall body awareness while helping you move with greater ease in everyday life.

Our mat classes are suitable for all experience levels, with clear options and progressions offered throughout. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practised Pilates for years, you'll be encouraged to work at a pace that feels right for your body.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, move mindfully and reconnect with your body. Through a combination of breathwork, mobility, balance and flowing movement, you'll improve flexibility, build strength and create space for both your body and your mind.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Our instructors provide clear guidance throughout each class, allowing you to move at your own pace while gradually building confidence in your practice. Expect to leave feeling calmer, more mobile and refreshed.

Strength

Strength classes are designed to help you build functional strength that supports both everyday life and your movement practice. Using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, you'll develop full-body strength, improve balance and increase confidence both inside and outside the studio.

These classes aren't about lifting as heavy as possible or competing with those around you. Instead, we focus on good movement, quality technique and progressive overload so you can become stronger safely over time. Suitable for all levels, with plenty of options to increase or decrease the challenge depending on your experience.
