Frequently Asked Questions
Whether it's your first class or your five hundredth, we want you to feel confident walking through the door. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
I've never done Reformer Pilates before. Can I still come?
Absolutely. We’d recommend coming to one of our Beginner classes. All of our classes are designed to be welcoming, with clear instruction and plenty of guidance throughout. You'll never be expected to keep up with anyone else, and we're always happy to offer modifications or extra support when you need it.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety. If you don't have a pair, they'll be available to purchase at the studio.
For mat classes, yoga and strength classes, trainers are not required.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself.
We'll provide all of the equipment you'll need for class. We recommend bringing a water bottle, although drinks will also be available to purchase at the studio.
How early should I arrive?
For your first visit, please arrive around 10–15 minutes before your class starts. This gives us time to introduce ourselves, show you around the studio and answer any questions before class begins.
For future visits, arriving 5 minutes early is perfect.
What if I'm running late?
To ensure everyone has the best possible experience, late entry may not be permitted once class has started.
If you're running late, please let us know.
How long are the classes?
All of our classes are 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified.
Can I still come to class if I'm pregnant?
Some classes may be suitable during pregnancy, depending on your stage of pregnancy and previous Pilates experience.
Please contact us before booking so we can help you choose the most appropriate class.
I have an injury or medical condition. Can I still attend?
In many cases, yes.
Please let us know about any injuries, pain or medical conditions before class so we can advise whether the class is suitable and provide appropriate modifications where possible.
How do memberships and class packs work?
We offer memberships for those who want to make movement part of their regular routine, as well as class packs and single sessions for greater flexibility.
You can find full details on our Memberships page.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your class starts without losing your credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in the loss of your class credit. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Where should I park?
Tebbutts Road car park is located just across the road from the studio. Parking charges may apply, so please check the signage when you arrive. We encourage you to walk or cycle to the studio where possible.
Do you have changing facilities?
We don't have dedicated changing facilities or showers. However, you're very welcome to get changed in our bathrooms before or after your class if needed.
Still have a question?
